After Bulk Generation via Cache Generation Wizard
Open Content Cache Editor
Access from the completion summary page or via Dashboard → Class → Customize.
Navigate to First Competency
Expand the first competency in the accordion.
Review KE Versions
View all 4 versions (if generated). Check for factual accuracy, clarity, and difficulty match.
Edit Problematic Versions
Fix errors inline. Create new version if needed.
Set Best Version Active
Choose the best version and click "Set Active".
Repeat for SPL and SATA
Review and set active versions for all content modes.
Move to Next Competency
Repeat until all competencies are reviewed.
Workflow 2: Ongoing Maintenance

Review xAPI Analytics Weekly
Check the teacher dashboard for performance metrics.
Identify Underperforming Content
Look for low success rates, high hint requests, or long time-on-task.
Open Content Cache Editor
Navigate to the problematic competency.
Review Active Version
Check for: confusing wording, misleading distractors, incorrect facts.
Edit and Improve
Make targeted improvements based on what students struggled with.
Save as New Version
Your edits create a new version automatically.
Set as Active
Make the improved version active.
Monitor Next Week
Check if performance improves with the new version.

Review All Versions

Set Version 1 Active (Week 1)

Switch to Version 2 (Week 2)
Change active version to test a different approach.
Compare Results

Keep Best Version

Owner Reviews Changes
You review what the expert changed via version history.
Set Active Version
Choose whether to use the expert's version or your original.
Workflow 5: Emergency Fix
When Students Report an Issue
Receive Student Report
"The answer is wrong" or "This doesn't make sense"
Open Content Editor Immediately
Navigate to the reported content.
Verify the Issue
Check if the student is correct about the problem.
Quick Fix: Switch Versions
If another version is correct, switch to it immediately.
Thorough Fix: Edit Content
If all versions have the issue, edit the active version.
Notify Students
Let affected students know the issue is fixed.
